Summary of Itinerary

A private transfer and host will await you at Cape Town International Airport. We take the coastal road to our tranquil and scenic accommodation just 1.5 hours away. You will be officially welcomed by the remarkable women of an incredible women-focused organization.

The coastal town of Kleinmond is less than an hour away. Prepared to get your hands dirty and your heart moved as we engage with a local community project by women for women. Our 2-night stay is simple but warm and welcoming as we experience hospitality on another level.

It is time for the city, Cosmo Cape Town is our stop for the next 2 days. We take the beautiful Clarence Drive that curls its way into the city via the breathtaking Chapmans Peak. The Peninsula tour will have us stop at top attractions like Boulders Beach, Cape Point, and the 1085m high Table Mountain. A walking tour through the colorful streets of the Bo Kaap, one of the city’s oldest residential suburbs with its rich history, will introduce you to some wonderful food tasting and storytelling from the Cape Malay culture. We will of course make some time for shopping at the V&A Waterfront before we stroll to a place of solace not far from the hotel.

Today, we head to the bush in search of the wild! Just a few hours from the city, we drive through the Cape Karoo. The private game reserve owned by a phenomenal woman and her team is our stay for two nights. The serene and quiet landscape takes you into another world where conservation and community are at the heart. With the wide open space, we will go on game drives and stargaze the clear skies of the African bushveld at night. Waking up in the bush is a whole different experience!

We wind down our tour in the heart of the Cape Winelands. Surrounded by an abundance of natural scenic beauty and mountains, the Winelands is ideal for nature lovers and those who enjoy walks, hikes, and adventure activities. After an educational walk through the pearl of the Winelands, we learn the history of one of the oldest towns. Led by a local woman, we will do some wine farm hopping today visiting extraordinary women-owned wine farms while listening to their stories of courage and resilience. We spend our last night at the “Inspire” party when we honor the women who lead the way in South Africa’s local economy.

It’s time to say ‘goodbye’… but lets have coffee first. Time flies when you are having fun! Enjoy your breakfast, soaking up the last bit of beautiful Cape Town. Before heading to the airport, if time allows, we will enjoy a coffee at the home of an amazing couple who turned their place into a community hub serving ‘true coffee’.
