Day1-3  Welcome to Cape Town, and let’s start on a high note! The best view is from Table Mountain, and try pronouncing its indigenous name. Visit iconic attractions like District Six Museum, Zeitz Mocha Museum and Robben Island. Drive the Cape Peninsula route stop at Boulders Beach at the African penguin colony. And if the weather is good, you can take a swim here. 

Day 4-6 Day Accommodation in the township’s first 4* boutique hotel. We embark on a township walk-about and enjoy traditional cuisine. From here, we will also venture into the wide open spaces of the Westcoast. 

Day 7-9  Escape to the country and breathe fresh air. Explore the quaint historic towns of Paarl, Stellenbosch and Wellington. Meet local youth and women and exchange stories of hope. Hop on and off the Franschhoek tram to do some wine tasting. 

Day 9-12 We head up to Johannesburg to Dinokeng Game Reserve and spend the next few days in the bush searching for the Big 5. A trip into the Soweto town takes us to the homes of the late Nelson Mandela and Archbishop Desmond Tutu. Join in the singing and dancing when we visit the local community next to the reserve for cultural immersion into the Batswana people.
